Role Description
We are seeking a Maintenance & Reliability Engineer – Rotating Equipment for a state-of-the-art chemical facility in Botlek. This role focuses on ensuring the reliability and efficiency of critical rotating equipment while driving long-term solutions for maintenance challenges.
Responsibilities
-Analyze equipment performance and address recurring issues.
-Develop and optimize preventive maintenance plans.
-Create and maintain safety procedures and work instructions.
-Support new construction and major maintenance projects (CAPEX/turnarounds).
Requirements
-HBO-level degree in Mechanical Engineering.
-3+ years of experience with rotating equipment in petrochemicals.
-Knowledge of maintenance strategies (e.g., RCM) and industry standards is a plus.
-Fluent in Dutch and English.
-Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
