Role Description
As a Planner you will plan, organize, and supervise complex maintenance activities in the chemical factory. This includes creating job intervention plans (JIP), preparing work packages, and ensuring proper execution of maintenance tasks according to company procedures.
Responsibilities
- Follow workflows for S and T notifications and preventative maintenance plans.
- Assist with priority 1 and 2 tasks as requested by the Maintenance Coordinator.
- Create work orders with detailed checklists, budgets, materials, external services, work permits, and plans.
- Expedite materials and maintain administrative records.
- Prepare S-tickets, T-tickets for turnaround, and preventative maintenance tickets.
- Collaborate with the Maintenance Specialist, Production Coordinator, and Engineer.
- Improve work packages and handle maintenance-related queries.
Requirements
- Education: MBO level 4 or higher.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience working in a similar role, ideally in a factory or chemical plant.
- Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office, and Primavera MS Projects.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Creativity, proactiveness, and flexibility.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and motivate others.
