Role Overview
As a Recruitment Strategist, you will oversee the complete recruitment process for temporary placements in a variety of roles, including engineers, laboratory technicians, and customer service representatives. You will build and maintain a candidate pool, align client needs with the right skills, review CVs, negotiate contracts, and prepare candidates for interviews. This role offers flexibility, giving you the opportunity to take initiative and work collaboratively within a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a pool of qualified candidates across multiple disciplines
• Align client requirements with candidate skills and experience
• Review CVs, conduct interviews, and prepare candidates for interviews
• Collaborate with the team to achieve recruitment targets and meet client expectations
• Provide candidates with guidance and feedback throughout the hiring process

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant experience (agency recruitment, external recruitment, staffing agency, or third-party recruitment)
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus
• Based few minutes walking from Haarlem's railway station
• Socially skilled, resilient, and results-oriented
• Interest in the pharmaceutical, food, and FMCG sectors
