Role Description

As a Laboratory Technician, you will be responsible for planning and conducting necessary analyses, as well as communicating and reporting the results once the analyses are complete. This includes classifying the final batches produced, selecting the appropriate methods, and ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct analyses on both end products and intermediate products to ensure product quality.
• Provide training to selected operational staff on specific analyses.
• Perform tasks related to the manufacturing of clinical and commercial products in A and B grade areas, following batch records and SOPs.
• Collaborate with Production Support Teams, Product Sciences, Material Management, and Quality Assurance & Quality Control to execute GMP runs.
• Assist in investigating and managing deviations and support change management implementation.
• Ensure consistent process execution and complete documentation in compliance with cGMP regulations.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience as a laboratory technician, with specialized knowledge in polymer analysis.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• MLO/MBO/HBO (MBO Level +) with a background in Life Sciences.
• Vapro A and B, or LITOP A and B are considered a plus.
• cGMP experience in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or similar manufacturing environment is required.
• Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, and data analysis.
