Role Description:
As a Junior Customer Account Manager , you will play a vital role in managing and growing the Beauty & Personal Care portfolio. Working closely with the Key Account Manager and internal teams, you will coordinate customer-focused activities, prepare proposals, and contribute to impactful product launches and promotions. This position is ideal for an enthusiastic and entrepreneurial professional eager to develop their skills in a dynamic FMCG environment.
 

Responsibilities:
-Collaborate with the Key Account Manager to manage the Beauty & Personal Care portfolio at SuperUnie.
-Prepare and participate in customer meetings, ensuring well-structured communication and clear outcomes.
-Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance) to ensure smooth operations.
-Provide accurate input to enable effective marketing plans, production schedules, and product launches.
-Coordinate product launches and promotional activities with internal teams and the customer.
-Develop proposals for promotional strategies and evaluate their effectiveness post-execution.
-Contribute to optimizing product assortments and distribution plans for maximum impact.
-Analyse customer needs and provide solutions to strengthen relationships and drive sales.
-Prepare reports and presentations based on promotional and sales data.
-Support Key Account Manager in achieving sales targets and overall customer satisfaction.
 

Requirements:
-Strong social and communication skills.
-A team player who can also work independently.
-Analytical thinker with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
-Strong negotiation skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
-Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to take on challenges and achieve goals.
-Fluent in Dutch and highly proficient in English (written and spoken).
