Role Description:
As a Maintenance Activities Planner, you will be responsible for organizing and planning interventions for complex preventative maintenance activities in the chemical factory. You will ensure that work plans are accurate, compliant with company procedures, and include all necessary details for efficient execution.
This position involves both technical planning and administrative duties, including preparing and managing work orders, tickets, and materials. The role requires close coordination with various teams including Maintenance, Production, and Turnaround teams.
 
Responsibilities:

• Plan and organize preventative maintenance activities.
• Support the Maintenance Coordinator with high priority notifications when required.
• Create detailed work orders, including checklists, material requirements, external services, work permits, and schedules.
• Expedite materials and manage administrative tasks, including filing documents and maintaining backlogs.
• Follow up on questions from the Maintenance Specialist and align with the Production Coordinator/Engineer on work planning.
• Continuously improve work packages and ensure all details are included for mechanics to execute tasks effectively.

Requirements:
 

• At least Intermediate Vocational Education (MBO level 4).
• 1-4 years of experience in a similar role within a chemical production environment.
• Experience with SAP/Scheduling software and Microsoft Office/Primavera MS Projects.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Creative, proactive, flexible, and capable of managing multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of safety and environmental protocols, and able to follow company guidelines and policies.
