Role Description

As a Cost Controller / Financial Analyst, you will manage and optimize financial performance, focusing on cost analysis and budget management. The role will involve close collaboration with internal departments to ensure financial processes align with business objectives.

Responsibilities

Manage costs and track expenses against budgets to identify cost-saving opportunities
Prepare and present financial reports and forecasts to senior management
Utilize Power BI, SAP, CATS, SUS, and Ariba for data analysis and reporting
Support cost control measures and process improvements for financial efficiency
Monitor compliance with financial regulations and ensure accurate financial reporting

Requirements

Proven experience as a cost controller or financial analyst, ideally in a biotechnology company
Strong proficiency with Power BI, SAP, CATS, SUS, and Ariba
Ability to analyse complex financial data and provide strategic insights
Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch, both written and spoken
Advanced PC skills, including proficiency in spreadsheets, databases, graphics, and dashboards
