Role Description
As an Junior Engineer (Electrical, Mechanical, and/or Automation), you will be responsible for overseeing asset lifecycle management across the entire site. The day-to-day maintenance of our systems is managed by an integrated service provider.
Responsibilities
– Act as the system owner, managing the lifecycle of various utility systems.
– Support unplanned maintenance by troubleshooting and advising the integrated service provider.
– Suggest improvements for general maintenance practices.
– Lead reviews and optimizations of maintenance job plans.
– Co-develop maintenance concepts, including tasks, tools, and responsibilities.
– Lead root cause analyses (RCAs) and improve maintenance strategies.
– Identify recurring failures and implement corrective actions.
– Serve as the primary user and owner of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (Maximo).
Requirement
– A degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technological field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
– Electrical background with experience in low-voltage electrical installations and systems (NEN 3140).
– Basic knowledge of utilities and building management equipment, such as HVAC, sprinkler systems, and warehouse storage systems.
– Willingness to participate in on-call duty service (24/7), 1–2 times per month.
– Fluency in both English and Dutch a plus, with strong oral and written communication skills.
