Role Description
As an HR People Partner As an HR People Partner, you play a central role in managing all people-related activities, processes, and experiences from start to finish.
Responsibilities
– Support the HR team with international relocations, onboarding, reorganization, special leave, illness, change management, and performance.
– Responsible of individual case management that sometimes require difficult conversations
– Deliver a great employee experience
Requirements
– 3+ years experience in a similar role in an international company
– Experience in advising and coaching line managers and/or employees on HR related matters
– Good understanding of policies, Dutch labor law and able to manage complex processes
