Role Description
As a strategic and proactive HR professional, you will navigate the dynamic production environment, balancing the needs of both the company and its employees. You will work closely with management, providing guidance on workforce planning and employee performance while maintaining a strong focus on long-term goals. Your ability to lead and collaborate in complex projects, as well as your expertise in HR analytics, employment law, and change management, will enable you to drive positive outcomes for the organization. In this role, you will be instrumental in linking social issues to the economic realities of the business.
Responsibilities
- Prioritizing tasks effectively in a fast-paced, evolving production environment, adapting schedules and plans as needed.
- Navigating situations where short-term planning conflicts with long-term goals, ensuring both employee interests and company objectives are considered.
- Leading and contributing to projects, consistently delivering results and collaborating effectively with teams.
- Investigating HR-related issues thoroughly, utilizing HR analytics and leveraging a deep understanding of employment law and change management to drive decisions.
- Supporting managers with strategic workforce planning, particularly in a competitive labor market for skilled technical personnel.
- Providing insights that bridge the gap between social issues and business economics, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration (preferably with a specialization in HRM) or Human Resources.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar HR role.
- Solid experience in both operational and policy aspects of Human Resource Management (HRM).
- Independent, proactive, and adaptable with a mindset geared toward change and continuous improvement.
- Capable of advising and providing actionable solutions at various organizational levels.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both Dutch and English.
