The role
As a Operational Maintenance Planner, you will manage maintenance for equipment and process installations, ensuring adherence to procedures and proposing improvements to enhance reliability. You’ll handle the planning and preparation of maintenance tasks while coordinating and guiding both internal and external teams.
Responsibilities
-Ensure continuity of production utilities by coordinating maintenance for equipment, utilities, and building systems.
-Plan and allocate maintenance tasks efficiently, including handling failures.
-Manage materials selection and ordering, ensuring cost efficiency.
-Ensure compliance with work permits, LOTO, and necessary documentation.
-Track maintenance project progress and address ad hoc requests.
-Plan maintenance stops and advise on solutions for emerging issues.
-Support production departments and maintain all Utilities & Building -Management Systems.
-Report to the Maintenance Supervisor of the MU&I department.
Requirements 
-Completed technical education at MBO-4 level (Electrical, Mechanical, or related fields).
-Strong organizational abilities, with experience in planning, work permits, and maintenance programs like SAP PM.
-Proficient in writing reports, proposals, and plans, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both Dutch and English.
-Ongoing attention to quality, safety, and compliance in all tasks and responsibilities.
