Role Description:
As a Maintenance Planner, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability and optimal performance of equipment, process installations, and building-related systems. You will prepare, plan, and coordinate maintenance activities, working closely with internal teams and external contractors. With your technical expertise and organizational skills, you’ll proactively propose improvements to enhance operational efficiency and contribute to the continuity of production utilities.
Responsibilities:
-Prepare, plan, and oversee maintenance work for equipment, utilities, and building systems.
-Proactively monitor guidelines and procedures and suggest improvements for enhanced reliability.
-Coordinate and supervise the activities of internal and external maintenance teams.
-Manage the selection and procurement of materials, ensuring cost efficiency.
-Handle documentation, including work permits and Lockout-Tagout (LOTO) processes.
-Monitor maintenance progress, address ad hoc requests, and plan maintenance shutdowns.
-Advise on solutions to operational challenges and research alternative products or services.
-Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements throughout all tasks.
Requirements:
-MBO-4 technical degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or WtK.
-Proven organizational skills with experience in maintenance planning and work permits.
-Knowledge of maintenance programs, such as SAP PM.
-Broad technical expertise in utilities, production installations, and building systems.
-Strong written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English.

You will be part of the Maintenance, Utilities & Inbound (MU&I) department at the Boxmeer site, reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor.
