Role

As a Senior Clinical Supply Chain Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and compliant distribution of investigational products globally. This role requires building strong relationships with the ABR and ATO Clinical Customer Service (CCS) teams, Development Supply Chain (DSC) stakeholders, Quality Assurance (QA), Warehouse (WH), Clinical Site Monitors, and Couriers. You will ensure the timely and compliant shipping of investigational products to clinical sites and Logistics Service Providers (LSPs) while resolving shipping issues and addressing tier 1 inquiries.

Responsibilities

Managing Sales Order and Stock Transfer Order processes.
Handling both manual and electronic Proof of Receipt and Temperature Data Review.
Managing site and transit temperature excursions, along with returns and reconciliations.
Supporting expiry relabelling campaigns and managing Import licenses.
Overseeing one or more Subject Matter Expert (SME) areas and ensuring proper management of KPIs.
Providing training and maintaining a knowledge base on your assigned SME areas.
Handling and processing distribution complaints effectively.

Requirements
 

A Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Supply Chain or a related field.
Experience in Clinical Supply Chain Management, preferably in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.
Proficiency in English, both in spoken and written communication.
Advanced knowledge of regulatory guidelines impacting clinical supplies.
Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
Demonstrated experience with automated systems such as MS Office.
