Role description
As a Project Planner. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing interventions within the chemical plant. These interventions involve complex (preventative) maintenance activities, requiring the creation of detailed Job Intervention Plans (JIPs). Additionally, you ensure accurate work planning aligned with established procedures, based on notifications provided by the Maintenance Specialist. You make certain that work packages include comprehensive information, enabling seamless execution by all mechanics involved.

Responsibilities

• Follow the established workflow to prioritize S and T notifications and plan preventative maintenance activities.
• Provide assistance with priority 1 and 2 tasks upon request from the Maintenance Coordinator.
• Create comprehensive work orders, including checklists, budget estimates, required materials, external service needs, work permits, and detailed work planning.
• Perform administrative tasks such as document filing, backlog maintenance, and developing preventative maintenance (PM) plans.
• Collaborate with the Production Coordinator/Engineer to align on work planning and schedules.

Requirements

• Minimum Intermediate Vocational Education (MBO niveau 4) qualification.
• Proficient in SAP/Scheduling, Microsoft Office, and Primavera MS Projects.
• 4+ years of experience in a similar role within a chemical production environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
