Role Description
The SC Associate will support the Order to Cash (OTC) processes and system improvements, as well as various projects within the Global Distribution Hub (GDH) EMEA. Reporting to the Manager of Supply Chain Enablement, this role involves ensuring reliable ERP support, managing reporting requirements, and providing accurate information for effective decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure reliable and efficient ERP support: operational support, incident management, and testing.
  • Act as the first point of contact for flow stoppers and issue resolution.
  • Manage daily/monthly reporting requirements, including KPIs and month-end closing. Maintain and enhance dashboards using SQL and Tableau.
  • Support OTC processes and system improvements. Provide accurate information and analysis to support decision-making.
  • Initiate and execute improvements to increase effectiveness and efficiency. Contribute to business improvement projects.
  • Facilitate team meetings to develop and implement business solutions. Support ERP system enhancements, including training and change requests.
  • Support SOX-related requests and cost management processes to ensure timely completion of all flows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Strong user experience and/or interest in SAP Order-to-Cash module.
  • Basic understanding of ERP systems and data analysis.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with GDP or pharmaceutical regulations is a pro.
  • Fluency in English, both oral and written.
