The Role
The Training Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the “Unite to Win” (U2W) transition project, aimed at optimizing planning capabilities within the organization. This position involves managing and coordinating various training programs, ensuring effective communication between project teams and stakeholders, and contributing to the continuous upskilling of employees. The Training Coordinator will be instrumental in aligning training activities with the company’s broader supply chain transformation goals.
 

Responsibilities
– Own and manage the regular scheduling of training programs, ensuring they run smoothly and on time
– Coordinate the storage and organization of training materials in collaboration with the central team
– Adjust and update playbooks, process training modules, and learning maps as needed to align with organizational requirements
– Ensure the execution of the Training Plan for end-users, addressing gaps in collaboration with local users
– Manage communication related to U2W implementation, ensuring clear and consistent messaging to associates
– Serve as the communication link between the project team and the central team, adjusting training needs accordingly
– Oversee adherence to the change management plan, executing project communication and engagement strategies
– Develop and distribute announcements, communications, and engagement materials in partnership with P&O and other relevant departments

 

Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
– Experience in training coordination, program management, or change management
– Proven organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and schedules efficiently
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English
– Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships and collaborating with diverse teams
– Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment
– Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for training delivery and communication is a plus
