Our client is a leading global company that produces generic drugs, specialty medicines, and over-the-counter products. It focuses on affordable healthcare solutions in areas like CNS disorders, pain, and respiratory conditions.
The role
You will be part of the Maintenance team, where you and your colleagues ensure the factory’s technical performance. As part of the team, you’ll be the first point of contact in case of a production issue. You’ll analyse the problem, propose solutions, coordinate with production staff, and then carry out the necessary repairs.
Responsibilities
-Troubleshoot and resolve production issues as they arise.
-Perform preventive maintenance and inspections when time allows.
-Report completed work in Ultimo system.
-Document work performed, including updating drawings and technical documentation.
-Create standard work instructions and provide on-the-job training to technicians.
-Initiate and implement improvements to equipment and installations.
-Participate in project teams for the design, purchase, and implementation of new technical installations.
Requirements
-Hold an electrical engineering diploma (MBO level 4).
-Knowledge of NEN3140 is required.
-Familiarity with operating systems is a plus.
-Knowledge of automated production techniques is an advantage.
-Possess a positive attitude, professional appearance, and a hands-on mentality.
– English is required, Dutch is a plus.
