Role Description
In this role, you will play a key part in producing high-quality pharmaceutical products, ensuring each batch meets the highest standards. You will be responsible for preparing, operating, monitoring, and optimizing the equipment and processes used to manufacture our liquid-filled ampoules.
 
Responsibilities
– Set up and start filling machines following cleanroom SOPs and cGMP guidelines.
– Monitor equipment performance, troubleshoot issues, and make necessary adjustments.
– Assist with basic equipment maintenance as directed by the engineering team.
– Follow health and safety procedures to reduce the risk of accidents or incidents.
– Perform tasks that enhance the overall quality of the final product.
– Maintain compliance with housing and cleanliness standards in line with cGMP requirements.
 
Requirement
– Recently graduated with a degree in a technical or scientific field.
– Alternatively, have experience working on a fill-and-finish line in a regulated environment like food manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices, even without a degree.
– Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
– Capable of setting and achieving high performance goals for yourself and your team.
– Comfortable working as part of an operations team.
