Role Description:
As a Production Technician, you will be at the heart of the manufacturing process, creating bulk products that form the foundation of lifesaving pharmaceutical treatments. Your expertise will ensure the highest quality standards, contributing to a healthier future for patients globally.

Responsibilities:

-Prepare, compound, and filter sterile products in compliance with cGMP standards.

-Ensure equipment is properly set up, maintained, and ready for production.

-Maintain a clean and safe workspace while adhering to health and safety protocols.

-Identify and resolve process issues to meet performance and quality targets.

-Accurately complete batch documentation and follow standard procedures.

Requirements:

-Degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field, or experience in regulated manufacturing industries (e.g., pharmaceuticals, food, medical devices).

-Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

-Effective communication in Dutch or English (with a willingness to improve Dutch if needed).

-A proactive, team-oriented mindset with high performance standards.
