Role Description
As an HR Assistant, you serve as the main link between HR Business Partners and HR administration, handling key HR tasks like contracts, benefits, new hire support, document control, and lease car management. 

Responsibilities
– Act as the main link between HR Business Partners and HR administration.
– Serve as the first contact for colleagues on HR administration matters.
– Provide broad, essential HR support.
– Work directly with HR Business Partners and HR Managers.
– Ensure daily operations run smoothly while exploring ways to improve and align processes.

Requirement
– A vocational degree in Human Resources Management or a similar field.
– Strong experience in HR administration, including employee relations in the Netherlands and solid knowledge of Dutch employment laws.
– At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
– Fluent in English, proficient in Dutch, and ideally one other European language (is a plus).
– Skilled in computer programs like SAP, MS Office, and HR systems.
