Role Description
The Global Supply Chain Performance Analyst will analyze financial and operational performance across the company’s Ice Cream supply chain, providing insights and performance metrics to drive business outcomes. This role focuses on benchmarking, process simplification, and supporting decision-making through collaboration and automation.

Responsibilities
-Monitor performance against targets and KPIs and follow up with BU Supply Chain teams.
-Provide clear insights on in-year performance metrics versus prior year and forecast.
-Deliver benchmark analysis to identify opportunities for improvement across business units.
-Propose simplifications to processes and automate financial and operational analysis to support decision-making.
-Contribute to creating a collaborative working environment within the team and across supporting functions.

Requirements
-A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field
-minimum 3 years of experience in financial analyses and performance management
-proficiency in finance modeling en data analysis tools.
-Strong analytical and communication skills
