Our client is the largest fast-moving consumer goods company in the Benelux with multiple product branches. In the Netherlands they market about 40 well-known brands within diverse range of products and employs more than 2,500 people.
Role Description
As a Supply Chain Performance Analyst you will gather, interpret, and analyze data to support efficient decision-making within the supply chain. You will use data modeling, forecasting, and trend analysis to optimize inventory levels, reduce costs, improve logistics processes and address areas for operational improvement.
Responsibilities
– Track and analyze key supply chain performance indicators (KPIs), such as lead times, order accuracy, inventory levels, and delivery performance
– Prepare regular performance reports, dashboards, and presentations to share insights with supply chain managers and other stakeholders
– Identify opportunities for cost reduction, process improvements, and efficiency gains across the supply chain
Requirements
– 2+ years of experience in a similar role
– Good knowledge of Excel, other digital tools are a plus (Power Bi, Dashboard, AI)
– Good communication and stakeholder management skills
– Proficiency in English
