Role Description
As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the compliance and continuous improvement of quality systems within the organization. You will monitor quality performance, maintain compliance with applicable legislation and standards, and drive improvements in food safety, quality management, and crisis management.

Responsibilities
– Monitor quality KPIs and leverage IT systems for quality data management.
– Ensure compliance with local regulations, food safety standards, and customer requirements.
– Maintain and implement quality tools, HACCP, QCP, and document management systems.
– Organize internal and external audits, prepare reports, and initiate corrective actions.
– Provide quality training and knowledge transfer to internal and external stakeholders.
– Manage crisis simulations, mock recalls, and issue management related to food safety.
– Drive continuous improvement in QA/QC processes and problem-solving initiatives.

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Quality Management or related field.
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Control within the food industry.
– Familiarity with food safety systems, production environments, and regulatory compliance.
– Fluent in English and Dutch, with strong communication skills.
-Proficient in MS Office, analytical, result-driven, and proactive.
