Furthermore, our client manufactures ingredients and semi-finished products for infant nutrition, the food industry, and the pharmaceutical sector globally.
 
Role Description:
The Global Quality Control (QC) Director will lead our client’s global Quality Control strategy, standardizing practices to ensure efficiency, compliance, and high-quality production across the dairy supply chain.
 
Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement a global QC strategy for consistent high standards.
-Lead strategic QC initiatives to optimize quality and knowledge-sharing.
-Provide expert guidance on QC to senior management and key stakeholders.
-Build and maintain networks with internal teams and regulatory partners.
-Mentor and develop QC team members, promoting collaboration and growth.
 
Requirements:
-Education & Experience: Master’s degree; 10+ years in QC or operational management in food production.
-Industry Knowledge: Expertise in GMP and dairy/food standards, especially in infant/toddler foods.
-Leadership: Strong record in leading teams, driving change, and quality improvement.
-Communication: Excellent at building partnerships and representing QC internationally.
 
Other Information:
This executive role includes periodic travel to Leeuwarden and Wageningen, offering the chance to shape the quality agenda for a global dairy leader.
