Our client is dairy cooperative with international presence, formed by dairy farmers in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. The company has a large product range including milk, yoghurts, baby and infant nutrition, cheese, butter and several locations in the Netherlands.

Role Description
As an Account Support specialist you will assists clients by managing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions to ensure a smooth experience with the company’s products or services. You will help maintain customer satisfaction, handle account-related tasks (such as updating account information or processing requests), and coordinate with other departments to address client needs effectively. 

Responsibilities
– Reviewing accounts to identify potential issues, address them early, and ensure a smooth client experience
– Keep track of the administrative practices, updating data, contracts and agreements 
– Collaborating with other departments to resolve client issues, escalate critical concerns, and improve overall service delivery

Requirements
– At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
– Good organizational and communication skills
– Proficiency in Dutch, English and German
– Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, SAP, MS Office 
– Customer oriented mindset
