Role Description
As a QA Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating various audits, including those from customers and certification bodies such as ISO22000, COKZ, SKAL, Kosher, and Halal. The production site in Workum is part of the Ingredients division, focusing on manufacturing ingredients for baby and infant nutrition.
Responsibilities
– Responsible for establishing standards, ensuring compliance with control measures, conducting risk assessments, and coaching factory employees.
– Provide QA expertise for investment and new product development (NPD) projects.
– Conduct and coordinate root cause analyses for process deviations.
– Responsible for implementing quality policies within the QA department, supporting the creation and review of procedures and work instructions, providing ad hoc support for quality issues, and conducting hygiene inspections.
Requirements
– 3-5 years of QA experience in a production environment.
– HBO degree in Food Technology or related field.
– Strong communication and coordination skills; fluency in English.
