Role Description
As a Maintenance Engineer, you will enhance the performance of production lines by developing comprehensive maintenance policies, including organization, plans, budgets, and projects.

Responsibilities
– Develop and optimize maintenance concepts in collaboration with production.
– Conduct root cause analyses (RCAs) and implement improvement actions for recurring issues.
– Create detailed maintenance instructions with mechanics.
– Define maintenance strategies and plans for projects.
– Manage the maintenance management system (SAP).
– Organize revisions and evaluate planned activities for continuous improvement.
– Participate in maintenance projects and initiate modifications.

Requirements
– HBO-level education (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Technical Business Administration).
– Experience in a similar role within the process industry.
– Knowledge of continuous improvement and maintenance management systems (SAP, RCM, TPM).
– Excellent communication skills.
– Result-oriented, decisive, proactive, and stress-resistant.
– Strong analytical thinking and team facilitation skills.
– Ability to work independently and in a structured, customer-oriented manner.
