Role Description
The Clinical Study Manager is responsible for accelerating patient recruitment for Phase II and III studies by developing strategic plans, collaborating with internal teams, and maintaining strong relationships with investigators while ensuring compliance with ethical standards.
Responsibilities
-Accelerate patient recruitment for Phase II and III studies.
-Develop and execute a weekly visit plan for study sites.
-Create and implement strategic and communication plans for study acceleration.
-Collaborate closely with Teva medical affairs, clinical development, and GCO teams for timely information sharing.
-Identify barriers to study execution at each site and develop strategies to address them.
-Maintain professional relationships with external experts, investigators, and site coordinators.
-Serve as an internal medical expert to educate teams on product and disease-related content.
-Ensure compliance with Teva’s ethical standards in all activities.
Requirements
– Minimum 6 years of experience in pharmaceutical or CRO clinical research.
– Understanding of drug development and regulatory requirements for Phase II and III studies.
– MD/PhD or relevant life sciences degree.
