Role Description
In this role you will lead automation projects within the Lifecycle Management team, programming and upgrading systems, conducting thorough testing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project completion in our production processes.

Responsibilities
-Creating and updating technical system documentation.
-Programming, upgrading, and replacing automation systems.
-Conducting requirement analysis and risk assessments.
-Executing and documenting tests on upgraded/replaced systems (FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ).
-Supporting the Sr. Design Automation Engineer and Project Manager in scoping new projects.
-Identifying and resolving technical challenges.
-Reporting project progress and deviations to the Project Manager.
-Collaborating with system integrators on specific projects.
Requirements
-5+ years of experience in automation and IT projects
-Proficiency in PLC, DCS (e.g., Siemens, B&R), and SCADA (e.g., iFix)
-Strong commissioning skills
-Fluency in English and Dutch
-Proactive and result-oriented team player
