Role Description:
As the Project Manager, you will be pivotal in orchestrating the SAP S4/HANA implementation within the Procurement IT team. You will collect, combine, and deliver requested materials for the SAP S4/HANA deployment, draft a comprehensive project plan, and secure stakeholder buy-in.
 
Responsibilities:

• Collect and deliver the required materials for SAP S4/HANA implementation within the Procurement IT team.
• Develop and present a holistic project plan, securing buy-in from key stakeholders.
• Lead and drive the project execution according to the established plan, ensuring all deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations.
• Engage with stakeholders at all levels, facilitating clear communication and strong engagement.
• Support ad-hoc requests from the ERP team as necessary.
• Provide guidance to junior team members and influence policies and practices outside your immediate area.

 
Requirements:

• Extensive experience leading SAP S4/HANA transitions with a focus on procurement and finance.
• Proven track record in managing global, complex transformation projects with experience in multinational environments.
• Master’s degree in Finance or Business Administration.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging diverse teams and cultures.
• High level of autonomy, able to manage and drive projects independently.

 
Other Information:
This is a flexible, full-time role with the option to work four days per week and adjust hours based on project demands. Fully remote work is possible, though occasional in-person meetings in Amsterdam are encouraged for collaborative opportunities with local colleagues.
