Role Description
As a Quality Control Laboratory Technician, you will be part of a diverse and dedicated team committed to saving lives through cancer research. The QC Sample Management unit, a key component of the QC Services Department, provides essential services such as data management, LIMS support, sample management, and laboratory equipment lifecycle management. This enthusiastic and hardworking team is vital in maintaining high-quality standards.
Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the QC sample management area, adhering to 5S principles and overseeing Kanban areas. Follow established procedures to ensure compliance with GxP and safety regulations at all times. Complete GxPLearn and Glearn training promptly. Report any non-conformities (deviations) as they arise. Implement small improvement initiatives to enhance workflows and efficiency. Distribute QC samples to QC labs and receive QC samples and EM plates.
Requirements
Experience in a QC technical role within the biotech and/or pharmaceutical industry. Familiarity with sample management. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to read and comprehend English in a collaborative environment. Knowledge of GMP, GDP, and SOPs.
