The company Our client is an international healthcare company committed to creating meaningful change for women, their families, and the communities they support. The role As an Senior Automation Implementation Engineer, you will play a key role in automation projects within the Lifecycle Management (LCM) program. These projects focus on improving production processes and are part of the Business Technology department. You will work with global IT teams, program and upgrade systems, conduct tests, and help plan new projects. You'll be part of a multidisciplinary team, including a Project Manager, Validation Engineer, Quality Officer, and production staff. Your main responsibility will be ensuring automation projects are completed successfully and efficiently. Responsibilities -Develop and maintain technical system documentation. -Program, upgrade, and replace systems as needed. -Conduct requirement analysis and perform risk assessments. -Execute and document testing for upgraded or replaced systems (FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ). -Assist the Senior Design Automation Engineer and Project Manager in defining new project scopes. -Identify and resolve technical challenges. -Communicate progress and any deviations to the Project Manager. -Collaborate closely with System Integrators on specific projects. Requirements -Proactive and results-oriented team player -Over 5 years of experience in Automation and IT projects -Proficient in PLC and DCS (e.g., Siemens, B&R) and SCADA (iFix) -Experienced in commissioning systems -Knowledgeable about networks and Windows Active Directory -Familiarity with Life Science/Pharma and GAMP guidelines is a plus -Fluent in English and Dutch
