Our client supply consumer products such as milk, yogurt, cheese, infant nutrition, and desserts, as well as products for the professional market, including cream and butter products. Additionally, they provide ingredients and semi-finished products for producers of infant nutrition, the food industry, and the pharmaceutical sector.
The role
As a logistics specialist, you will oversee the smooth flow of logistics operations. This includes accurately managing incoming and outgoing goods in our systems, where you’ll also serve as a key expert. Additionally, you'll contribute to projects like the strategic overhaul of our butter network and the Performance+ program for reducing stock levels. Together with  the production planner, you'll share responsibility for keeping production and purchasing on track.
Responsibilities
-Ensure accurate handling of all logistics data within our systems.
-Contribute valuable input to projects aimed at improving supply chain performance.
-Work closely with the production planner to help manage production schedules and purchasing activities.
-Foster strong communication both within the logistics department and across the Butter Supply team.
Requirements
-Completed HBO/WO education, preferably in (technical) business administration, supply chain management, or logistics
-Affinity with food technology processes
-Team player, decisive, entrepreneurial, and analytical
-Experience with SAP
