The role
As a member of the Global Customer Experience and Order-to-Cash (GCX-OTC) team, you will help support the organization’s goals. Your main job will be to improve OTC processes by making them simpler, more standardized, and automated. You will assist with process improvement projects and help transform how OTC operations work.
Responsibilities
-Work together on process mapping to improve OTC processes, making sure they are effective, scalable, and consistent.
-Collaborate with regional customer experience teams and other stakeholders to find and implement opportunities for standardization.
-Help create global process documentation that follows company guidelines and considers regional Good Practice (GxP), quality, and regulatory requirements.
-Contribute to strategic projects by working with teams across different functions and regions.
-Assist in developing and maintaining training materials for team members.
-Provide support to the GCX-OTC Capability Team with administrative tasks, training assignments, and facilitating meetings and workshops.
Requirements
–Master’s or Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
–Familiarity with working in an international environment.
–Skill in summarizing large data sets into clear, concise reports.
–Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Visio) and experience with SAP (preferably S/4HANA).
–Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
