Our client is a biotech and pharmaceutical organisation, based in Noord-Brabant Netherlands. In this site, they are responsible for the packaging of drugs and the distribution of them across the whole EMEA region.
 
Role description
The Associate in Global Distribution Operations will act as the business process owner for third-party distribution complaints across the EMEA region. This role focuses on driving continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring compliance with SOX and GMP regulations, and maintaining key metrics and dashboards for distribution complaints.
 
Responsibilities
-Own and maintain the business process for third-party distribution complaints in the EMEA region.
-Track and present distribution complaint metrics and dashboards during weekly global distribution SQDIP meetings.
-Lead continuous improvement and standardization of the documentation and investigation of third-party logistics service provider complaints.
-Support daily track and trace of FDP shipments into the EMEA region and follow-up on distribution/product complaint returns.
-Communicate with local service providers (LSPs) and analyze alerts from the National Medicines Verification Organization (NMVO).
 
Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field.
-Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
-Ability to work 40 hours per week, with at least 1 day per week on-site at Amgen Breda, Netherlands.
