Our client is a biotech and pharmaceutical organisation, based in Noord-Brabant Netherlands. In this site, they are responsible for the packaging of drugs and the distribution of them across the whole EMEA region.

Role description
The Sr. Associate in Regional Operations is responsible for managing the lifecycle of products in the EMEA markets. This role involves overseeing product variations, launches, and managing the specialized shipping process. The position also supports cross-functional activities and drives process improvements to ensure that products are delivered safely and efficiently to patients.

Responsibilities

• Support the Regional Operations Lead in managing all phases of the product lifecycle, including variations and lifecycle strategies.
• Execute product lifecycle changes in line with the Regional Variation Master Plan.
• Perform labeling assessments and ensure all regional requirements are documented for production handover.
• Facilitate cross-functional activities between Supply Chain, Operations, Regulatory Affairs, and Marketing.
• Lead small improvement projects and manage Master Data requests.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 2+ years of directly related experience.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or supply chain industry (APICS, CPIM, or CIRM certification is a plus).
