The role
As a Talent Engagement Specialist, you play a key role in helping people find new job opportunities while also fostering internal talent growth. You focus on understanding the external job market and develop targeted strategies to attract high-quality candidates. By using various platforms like LinkedIn, social media, and industry events, you build a strong pool of potential candidates. Your insights into market trends and organizational needs allow you to effectively connect talent with the right roles.
Responsibilities
-Collaborate with clients’ Talent Partners to recruit for new roles
-Provide insights on the external talent landscape to guide HR and business teams.
-Manage the entire recruitment process, partnering with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners for all levels of positions.
-Build and maintain a candidate pipeline using digital platforms and social media.
-Strive to achieve recruitment targets for speed, cost, and candidate experience.
-Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.
-Implement creative sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent.
-Cultivate strong candidate relationships and ensure data accuracy in the applicant Tracking System.
Requirements
-Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
-At least 3-5 years of demonstrated success in sourcing and recruiting for various seniority levels.
-Familiarity with MS Office, HR systems (such as Workday / Hiredscore), and digital sourcing tools like HireVue and LinkedIn Recruiter.
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities
-A collaborative mindset combined with strong personal accountability and a focus on consumer needs is essential.
