Role Description
As a Lead Supply Chain , oversight over various categories, actively identifying and mitigating stock risks arising from supply and demand variations. They maintain close collaboration with crucial stakeholders such as sourcing units, sales teams, and customer service. Their primary responsibilities encompass achieving specified service levels and minimizing obsoletes, with a proactive approach to implementing improvement strategies when service risks emerge. This approach not only bolsters internal and external customer service performance but also optimizes stock levels within their category.
Responsibilities
· Ensure secure and efficient daily order processing, meeting customer delivery Service level Agreements.
· Respond quickly to demand and supply alerts from Proactive Stock Management Too and APO.
· Keep order management database updated during demand fluctuations.
· Communicate with QA manager to mitigate supply and demand risks.
· Analyze KPI reports for customer service improvements.
· Manage stakeholder alignment in stock allocation across manufacturing change order.
· Manage stock life cycle, including overstock, dead stock, and returns.
· Coordinate the destruction of obsolete items with necessary approvals.
· Meet obsolete stock targets and identify obsolescence risks due to demand deviations and oversupply.
Requirements
· Bachelor's degree or, preferably, a Master's degree.
· 1 year of work experience in Supply Chain or Customer Service.
· Familiarity with the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) market.
· Proficiency in Planning or Stock Management.
· Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management.
· Proficient in English and Dutch.
· Familiarity with ERP Systems, preferably SAP/APO.
