Role Description
As a Quality Specialist, you will conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with FSSC22000 and QMS standards, lead pest control activities and inspections, and drive continuous improvement. You will also be the main contact for the pest control company.

Responsibilities
– Create, manage, and oversee the environmental monitoring program and related corrective actions.
– Investigate complaints, perform root cause analysis, and implement CAPA for continuous quality improvement.
– Ensure production samples are registered at the laboratory for testing.
– Provide support and leadership for quality activities, such as HACCP, audits, and projects.
– Lead validation and verification activities for projects and operations.

Requirement
– Bachelor's degree in Food or a related field.
– At least 2 years of experience in the Food Industry.
– Knowledge of current food safety and labeling regulations.
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English.
– Analytical, critical, and structured thinker.
