Role Description
As Procurement Assistant S&I Manager for the Nutrition BG, your main responsibility is to connect the business group, brand and material strategies and help deliver our Regenerative Agriculture ambitions. Together with your team, you will be the face of procurement towards supply chain, R&D, brand, Business Unit counter parts and the Business Sustainability Operations team.
 
Responsibilities
– Be at the Core of the Nutrition Compass commitments on Regenerative Agriculture
– Drive internal roadmap for Regenerative Agriculture projects.
– Coordinate with Procurement, Sustainability, and Business Operations teams.
– Lead presentations, reviews, and reports on project progress.
– Advocate for the Regenerative Agriculture program.
 
Requirements
– Degree in business studies, supply chain management, or equivalent.
– FMCG experience (Procurement, R&D, Supply Chain) preferred.
– Knowledge of procurement processes (forecasting, sustainability, etc.).
– Strong analytical, critical thinking, and Excel/Power BI skills.
