Role Description
As a GMP Documentation Specialist your primary responsibility will be to check translated work instructions using a translation application and ensure for accuracy and compliance with GMP standards. You will collaborate with specialist to discuss translations and approve routine GMP documentation for all components of the Quality system.

Responsibilities
– Ensure translated work instructions are accurate and meet GMP compliance standards.
– Partner closely with teams across Operations and Quality to review and discuss document translations.
– Examine and endorse standard GMP documentation across different aspects of the Quality system.
– Contribute to departmental initiatives focused on process improvement.

Requirements
– BSc or MSc in a relevant scientific or business-related field.
– Proficiency in both Dutch and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
– Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to operate effectively in a high-speed, dynamic environment.
– Excellent communication capabilities, focusing on identifying and addressing customer needs.
