Role Description
In this role you will manage key HR processes, ensuring compliance with Dutch labor laws while supporting a dynamic workforce through onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations

Responsibilities
-Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing employment contracts and coordinating necessary resources.
-Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies
-Manage system access and equipment for contingent workers, ensuring proper offboarding.
-Oversee employee benefits programs and assist employees with inquiries about health insurance, retirement plans, and perks.

Requirements
-Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
-A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR administration, preferably within a multinational organization.
-Proficiency in HR software and systems, as well as Microsoft Office
applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
-Fluency in Dutch is essential, along with strong English language skills.
