Role Description
Warehouse Process Optimization Manager will be responsible for optimizing processes, ensuring smooth operations, and driving standardization across various sites. This role involves process mapping, documentation, and system implementation to enhance efficiency and align with the client’s business goals. The specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams, SMEs, and key stakeholders to ensure uninterrupted production and supply while delivering best-in-class warehouse solutions.

 

Responsibilities
– Design and document warehouse business process flows in collaboration with Business Process Owners (BPO) and Business System Owners (BSO).
– Lead process standardization workshops and map as-is/to-be processes to create solution templates.
– Ensure business tasks during planning, requirements gathering, testing, and deployment of warehouse systems.
– Maintain warehouse business process blueprints and training materials.
– Continuously identify and implement improvements in warehouse processes, driving efficiency and savings.

 

Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in logistics or equivalent experience in warehousing/distribution, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehousing, with strong cross-functional process understanding and process mapping skills.
– Proven ability to influence change in a matrix environment and drive results autonomously.
– Fluency in English, with strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
– Preferred experience in SAP, WMS implementation, and knowledge of GMP/GDP.

 

Other Information
This is a full-time hybrid position (40 hours per week). The role may involve occasional business travel and participation in international conference calls.
