Role description
As a Equipment Engineer, you will be responsible for providing solutions to a wide range of complex technical challenges. You will execute tasks under the general direction of project managers or senior engineers to ensure the successful completion of design, engineering, and construction projects within schedule and budget constraints. Additionally, you will serve as a technical expert in troubleshooting operational issues.

Responsibilities
– Draw up equipment specifications based on material, compliance and system owner requirements
– Coordinate the detailed engineering and approval of design documentation.
– Function as a technical expert regarding troubleshooting operations. Occasionally become actively involved in daily operations when required to meet schedules or to resolve complex problems.
– Coordinate limited portions of the work of vendors, consultants and engineering firms on development of design documents

Requirements
– BS degree in Engineering, science or related technological field of equivalent combination of education and experience
– 4+ years of relevant work experience with 2+ years in operations / manufacturing environment
– Direct experience with regulated environment (e.g. GMP, OSHA, EPA)
– Experience in working with different departments and groups in the organization.
