Role Description
As a Supply Chain Manager, you will lead the consensus forecasting process for EMEA sales, manage regional demand plans, and coordinate supply from production sites. You'll monitor inventory and sales performance, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborate with Global Distribution to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize risks.

Responsibilities
– Lead Demand Review meetings with EMEA sales affiliates, conducting forecast analyses to identify improvements and enhance unit forecasting.
Assemble weekly/monthly demand plans by aligning forecasted sales with available FDP inventory.
Manage supply requirements from production sites to local EMEA logistics service providers and distributor markets.
Ensure FDP inventory remains within guardrails to mitigate supply risks and minimize scrap.
Monitor sales performance against forecasts, assessing the impact of any deviations on inventory.
Prepare and communicate forecasts and FDP inventory metrics to management, focusing on accuracy and targets.
Oversee product lifecycle changes in alignment with demand requirements.
Collaborate on Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP) to replenish local EMEA stock points, ensuring optimal management of Finished Drug Product (FDP) inventory while minimizing supply risks.

Requirements
– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Studies.
– 3 to 5 years of experience in an industrial environment.
– 3 years of experience with ERP planning systems.
– Knowledge of GMP environments and S&OP planning processes.
