Our client is a well-known brand primarily recognized for its tea products. It was originally established as a grocery business in Glasgow, Scotland, in the late 19th century. The brand continues to have a significant presence in the global tea market, offering a variety of tea products to meet different consumer tastes and preferences.
Role Description
As a Human Resources Administrator, you'll be instrumental in managing HR activities to support our diverse workforce. You'll ensure compliance with local legislation and maintain high standards of efficiency. Fluency in Dutch and knowledge of Dutch labor laws are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Employee Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process, including contract preparation and resource setup.
  • HR Documentation & Compliance: Maintain employee records, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
  • Contingent Worker Processing: Manage system access and offboarding for contingent workers.
  • Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits and assist with inquiries.
  • Employee Relations: Address HR-related matters, mediate conflicts, and promote a positive work environment.
  • Leave Management: Track and manage employee leave.
  • HR Reporting: Generate HR reports to guide decision-making.
  • HR Projects: Lead and participate in HR initiatives to improve processes.
  • Payment Process: Handle invoice processing and stakeholder relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in HR or related field, 1-2 years of HR administration experience.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English.
  • Familiarity with Dutch labor laws.
  • Strong attention to detail, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
