Role Description
As a Validation/Calibration Coordinator, you will oversee the coordination of system validation and equipment calibration at the site. Leading a team of 4 validation experts and 3 calibration engineers, you will ensure that all systems and equipment are maintained to the highest standards. Your role will involve managing a complex array of systems, driving departmental goals, and working closely with various disciplines in a dynamic project environment.

Responsibilities
– Draft, maintain, and execute departmental objectives, plans, & reports (weekly, monthly, annual).
– 
Oversee training, organization, and communication within the department, ensuring the team’s effectiveness.
– 
Manage team performance, monitor work quality, and handle personnel evaluations and development.
– 
Coordinate validation and calibration activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
– 
Ensure effective delegation of tasks and authorization within the team, maintaining a collaborative atmosphere.

Requirements
– Bachelor’s or academic degree in a life science-related field.
– 
Proven experience in validation and calibration coordination, with at least 5 years in a regulated industry (preferably pharmaceuticals/biotech).
– 
Strong leadership and organizational skills, with fluency in English.
– 
Expertise in system validation standards and managing cross-disciplinary teams.
– 
Resourceful and motivated, with the ability to foster a positive work environment.
