Role Description
As an Operator – Complex Compounding, you will be responsible for manufacturing bulk products essential for the fill-finish process, ensuring high-quality pharmaceutical batches that contribute to lifesaving and enhancing medications for patients.
 
Responsibilities
-Perform equipment and process setup/startup activities following cleanroom SOPs and cGMP guidelines.
-Dispense, compound, and filter sterile products.
-Support basic equipment maintenance as directed by the Engineering team.
-Take responsibility for adhering to Health and Safety procedures and good practices to minimize accidents and incidents.
-Carry out operational tasks to improve the overall quality of the final product.
-Maintain high housekeeping standards in your area(s) in line with cGMP.
-Actively participate in troubleshooting and quickly resolving process issues to help meet site performance targets.
-Report any instances of non-conformance to the management team.
-Accurately complete batch and related manufacturing documentation in accordance with SOPs, ensuring cGMP compliance.
 
Requirements
-MBO or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science or related
-Some experience or knowledge of any highly regulated industry (Pharma, Chemicals, Food, Medical Devices, Biotech etc. )
-Fluent in English (Dutch is a strong plus)
-Can work well in teams
-Willing to work in shifts
