Role Description
The main goal is to shift focus from just handling daily tasks to actively growing the business while also improving satisfaction for both customers and employees. By bringing together Sales, Supply Chain, and Marketing within the company , the team aims to achieve perfect execution.

Responsibilities
– Complete Management of the Order to-Cash Process.
– Update customers on the status of their orders, deliveries, and invoicing.
– Proactively inform customers about products that are out of stock.
– Provide customers with standard logistics information about our products.
– Engage in projects aimed at improving processes and customer service.
– Adjust delivery times based on requests from logistics service providers.
– Identify and validate blocked orders.
– Communicate with external Operations Excellence hub partners.
– Analyze return and rejection requests according to existing customer agreements and communicate with external Operations Excellence hub partners for further handling.
– Send delivery notifications and invoice copies and collaborate with the Supply Chain Operations Leader and/or external logistics providers on urgent delivery issues.
Requirements
– Strong sense of relationship management and a proactive attitude.
– Flexibility, ability to prioritize effectively, and experience with the SAP ERP system and/or in the FMCG sector is a plus.
– Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written. French is a plus.
