Role Description
This department oversees the entire order-to-cash process, from receiving customer orders and delivering products to issuing invoices. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you play a key operational role in the supply chain, acting as a bridge between the customer and the internal organization. 

Responsibilities
– Continuously monitoring and analyzing the customer’s operations to identify opportunities for enhancing service quality, reducing costs, and increasing efficiency in the supply chain.
– Leading improvements by initiating, implementing, and managing projects that enhance the customer's operations, as well as optimizing the order-to-cash and logistics fulfillment processes.
– Overseeing Customer Operations and managing customer relationships.
– Acting as the primary communication point for customer care, handling logistics or customer service inquiries, managing product portfolios, updating master data, and addressing delivery complaints or specifications.

Requirement
– Minimum of a bachelor's degree.
– At least 2 years of relevant professional experience.
– Familiarity with the SAP ERP system is a plus.
– Experience in logistics or supply chain.
– Fluent in both Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
– Strong analytical skills, particularly in data and process analysis.
